No. Halo Network operates on cloud-based session verification. Your phone does not perform intensive proof-of-work calculations. It functions as your identity node, consuming zero additional battery or mobile data.

During the current initial Phase 1 (Epoch 0), base mining distributes 2.0 HT per 2-hour session. You can increase this rate through referral multipliers, lucky wheel spins, and daily task rewards.

When a new user joins using your referral code, both the new miner and the referrer receive bonus HT tokens (20 HT for the new user on signup) and the referrer gets a permanent mining speed boost on their sessions.

According to our official roadmap, Phase 4 introduces the internal P2P wallet and testnet swap, followed by Phase 5 Mainnet and CEX/DEX listings once network scale reaches the target threshold.
